Century Park Continues to Expand

With the successful growth of Century Park, the Pellissippi Dutchtown Partnership is pushing forward with the next building in its master plan.

Building IV is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in October of 2007. This 52,000sft building will be a mirror image of building III.

Currently Century Park has three buildings totaling more than 125,000sft of office space, and is more than 93% leased.

Century Park is also finishing design on Building V, a 75,000sft structure that will be at the northwest corner of the 80-acre site.

When complete Century Park will have more than one-million square feet of office space, along with a full-service hotel and conference center, retail areas, daycare and banking facilities.
