Commercial & Investment Properties believes in active management. CIP manages properties primarily in the Knoxville and East Tennessee area. Upon taking over a property, the management meets with each tenant to discuss concerns and/or problems. We feel it is important that tenants know the management and maintenance personnel who work on the property, as well as the administrative staff in the office. CIP is committed to meeting the individual needs of each managed property.
CIP’s maintenance and management personnel are on each property daily. The building is opened by our staff, the grounds are checked and picked up as needed, and work orders completed. CIP provides a 24-hour service seven days a week in order to accommodate any problems which may occur after hours or on weekends. Management and maintenance staff have pagers and mobile telephones for instant communication.
